Terms and Conditions - Intellogic.ai
- Preamble
By using the Intellogic.ai (hereinafter referred to as the „Platform”), the User acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with Code of Ethics and Conduct and Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Platform.
Intellogic.ai reserves the right to modify, update or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your implicit acceptance.
- Definitions
- Intellogic.ai / Platform - the system, digital infrastructure, applications, APIs and artificial intelligence services provided by Intellogic AI SRL.
- User - natural or legal person accessing the Platform in any way.
- service - any functionality, interface, application, content or tool provided by Intellogic.ai.
- Operator / Intellogic AI SRL - the entity that owns and administers the Platform and determines the purposes for processing personal data.
- Code of Ethics and Conduct - the document that sets out the moral, ethical and anti-corruption principles applicable in all the company's activities and its relations with users.
- Object of Service
Intellogic.ai provides artificial intelligence, such as:
- text generation and analysis,
- conversational assistance,
- automatic content processing,
- API integration,
- customized AI solutions.
Platform does not offer web hosting, domain registration, selling servers, cloud infrastructure or financial services.
- User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- use the Platform exclusively for legal, moral and ethical purposes;
- not use the services for fraud, hacking, violating the rights of others or distributing harmful content;
- do not transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or contrary to Romanian and European laws;
- protect your login details (account, password) and do not disclose them to third parties;
- comply with the provisions of this document and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Code of Ethics and Conduct
Inspired by the principles Nextcloud Code of Ethics, adapted for the Romanian legal context and the specific Intellogic AI.
5.1 Integrity and honesty
All Intellogic AI activities must comply with the highest ethical standards.
Any form of deception, manipulation of information, falsification of documents or actions intended to mislead is prohibited.
5.2. Conflict of interest
No person involved in company activities should use his or her position for personal gain or to the detriment of the company's interests. Any potential conflict must be declared immediately.
5.3. Anti-Bribery Policy
Intellogic AI has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.
It is strictly forbidden to offer, solicit or accept gifts, commissions, benefits or other advantages that could influence commercial or administrative decisions.
Limited exceptions include:
- token gifts of modest value as a courtesy;
- reasonable business expenses, justified and approved;
- legal payments with clear supporting documents.
5.4. Confidentiality and data protection
Any confidential information obtained by working on the Platform must be protected. Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.
5.5. Protection of company assets
Intellogic AI's technical, informational and financial resources must be used only for legitimate and authorized purposes.
5.6. Reporting violations
Anyone who observes a violation of the Code has the right and moral obligation to report it confidentially. Intellogic AI guarantees the protection of whistleblowers and prohibits any form of retaliation.
- Intellectual property rights
All content, source code, text, design, logos, documentation and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Intellogic AI or its partners.
The user has a limited and non-exclusive right of use, only for the purposes for which the service is offered.
No content may be reproduced, redistributed, modified or resold without prior written consent.
- Limitation of liability
Services are provided „as is”.
Intellogic AI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free or compatibility with all user systems.
The company is not liable for:
- data loss,
- consequential damages,
- errors caused by incorrect use of the Platform.
- Suspension or termination of services
Intellogic AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without notice if:
- violates the Terms and Conditions,
- abuse the Platform's services,
- illegal or unethical activities.
- Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The last modified date is indicated at the end of the document.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes imply your implicit acceptance of them.
- Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Romanian and European law.
In case of disputes, the parties will try to settle amicably; if this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
- Final provisions
If a provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
By using the Platform, the user confirms full acceptance of this document.
- Privacy and Data Protection Policy (GDPR)
12.1. Data operator
The data operator is Intellogic AI SRL, based in Romania.
Contact details for data protection queries can be provided on request.
12.2. Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- technical functioning of the Platform;
- user account management;
- contractual and technical communication;
- improving the user experience;
- compliance with legal obligations.
12.3. Legal basis of processing
Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR:
- explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) a),
- performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) b),
- legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) c),
- legitimate interest (art. 6 (1) f).
12.4. Duration of data retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws.
12.5. User rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify or delete data („right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- request data portability,
- you oppose processing,
- complain to National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
12.6. Data transfers
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Intellogic AI ensures that GDPR compliant mechanisms (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) are in place.
12.7. Logs and minimum data collection
The platform automatically collects only the technical data strictly necessary for correct operation: IP, browser type, operating system, access times.
This data is periodically anonymized and is not used for profiling.
12.8. Data security
Intellogic AI applies appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, internal audit) to protect data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse.
12.9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated at any time and changes will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your implicit acceptance of the updated version.
